Hidden Beach In Canaguinim

Goa is one little gem in the Indian subcontinent that has no other place quite like it. The outstanding beauty of this place is attributed to the impeccable amalgamation of the Indian and Portuguese cultures, blessed in a setting of the impeccable nature. The perfection of the place starts with the mention of the outstanding infrastructure and its maintenance, but the real climax of its beauty unfolds with the mention of the beaches. To witness the best beaches in Goa, you have to look deeper than the apparent view of the hidden or secluded beaches. These are the beaches that truly transform your view of the place and help you experience nature at its best.

One of such hidden beauty of Goa is located in a place called Canaguinim. Now if you google you will find pics and videos of the main canaguinim beach but the beach of which I will be telling you isn’t the main beach or the well know beach this beach is on the Hidden side of Canaguinim beach. One of the most understated and secluded beaches in Goa is the Canaguinim beach, this beach offers the most picturesque views comprising of warm waters of Arabian Sea, the pristine golden sand and the lush green vegetation. The sheer lack of tourists to this beach has led to absence of even the basic facilities on the beach making the trust form of nature its strongest selling point, this beach lies south of the magnificent Betul beach. Though the total stretch of the beach is much smaller than its famous cousins, it is the beautiful combination of greenery, crystal clear waters and a calm, pristine beach, which gives it a silvery edge over the others. There are no shacks around the beach and very little sign of life besides the waves. Quite the perfect place to drive down with your tent, camp fire and a barbeque set. Read and swim

by the day and sit by the fire at night as you enjoy some much-needed quality time with each other. This specific hidden beach is not easy to find as the entrance doesn’t look like an entrance to a beach that we normally see as it’s hidden behind a private human settlement and before we enter that settlement there is a board saying tourists not allowed as the villagers believe to protect its natural beauty, we got to know about that place by luck , we met some Family that had come to that place for picnic, they were so hospitable, that they were offering me and my friend fresh orange juice and some snacks that they had made and they also accompanied us , they also showed us around . We walked quite a while saw some birds and the strong waves hitting the rocks at the shore which created a site worth viewing as the tiny droplets of water from the waves felt like sprinkles hitting your face which felt quite refreshing and amazing. The rocks which gave the cave like structure was quite a good site for photography. The only flaw of this place is that due to pollution in  water there were little plastic bottles which entered the shore due to the waves which flushes back the garbage that humans throw into the sea . I am really sorry as I won't reveal the exact location as I would like to keep this place hidden and preserve its natural beauty .By chance if you ever reach there ,don't forget to visit, the local fishermen community here, It's fun to watch them as they string their nets and fish traditionally.

The experience of visiting this place is the best experience anyone ever feel .
